1. Are all of your pieces handmade? 

Yes, they are! My daughter and I make them together in our dining room. It is truly a group effort to make them all. 

2. What are your pins made of? 

The pins are metal, they may tarnish over time. (To clean: use a dry polishing cloth) The beads are made of glass, metal, plastic, and sometimes natural materials, like semi-precious stones or shells. 

3. How quickly do you ship? 

Our shipping times are 1-3 days. 

4. Can you ship same day? 

If you order before 10am EST, we should be able to get it out same day. Please email us to confirm shipping times. 

5. How do you ship? 

The majority of our orders will be shipped using USPS First Class Mail which takes 2-5 business days. 

6. Do you accept returns? 

No, all orders are final. 

7. Do you accept exchanges? 

No, all orders are final. 

8. Do you do gift wrapping? 

No, we do not. 

9. I entered my address incorrectly, what do I do?! 

If the order has not shipped, please email us ASAP with the correct address. If the order has been shipped, nothing can be done. If I get the package back, you will have the option of paying to have it shipped to the correct address or refunded minus shipping costs. 

10. I want a specific color combination, do you do custom orders? 

At this time, we are not taking custom orders. However, we do take color and theme recommendations. Please email us to discuss! 

11. My order didn't arrive, what do I do? 

If it has been longer than a week since your order was estimated to be delivered, please email me. I will see if I can locate your package. 

12. My order arrived damaged, what do I do? 

Please email us with photos of the damage and the packaging. 

13. I received the incorrect item, what do I do? 

Please email us with photos of what you received and your order number. 

14. I wasn't charged for taxes and duties. Do I have to pay for that? 

If you are international, your taxes and duties will be charged by your customs agency or the shipping service that will be delivering your package. Jersey Girl Stitch Co is not responsible for paying these fees. Failure to pay these fees could result in the package being disposed of or returned to us. You will not receive a refund if your order is not delivered due to failure of paying the fees. 

15. My country isn't listed! Can I still order? 

We are currently only shipping to countries that USPS can deliver packages to.
